Publication ethics

  • Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement Requirements


    1  Author ethics

    1)  The content of the manuscript should comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and does not involve confidential information; and has been approved by the responsible author of the research unit that produced the thesis, and there is no signature dispute; the Funding information related to the research should be stated in the manuscript.

    2)  The content of the paper is innovative, scientific, rigorous in reasoning, and responsible.

    3)  Guarantee that the manuscript is an original work, not multiple submissions for one manuscript, and no academic misconduct such as repeated publication, plagiarism, and data forgery.

    4)  Give an objective evaluation for the research results of others and correctly cite them.

    5)  Respect the opinions of reviewing experts. If you have any objections, you can appeal to the editorial office.

    6)  In order to guarantee the author’s signature rights and intellectual property rights, all authors have to sign a "Publication Contract" with the editorial office for the accepted manuscripts; without the permission of the editorial office, the papers published already in this journal shall not be published elsewhere.

    7)   All research contents that use humans and animals as experimental subjects must ensure the well-being of human and animal research subjects, and stipulate that the research must have an informed consent form provided by the subjects, that is, they have been informed of the purpose and nature of the experiment and agreed to accept this test. If the above regulations are not followed, the researcher must explain the basis of the research method used and obtain approval from the local or research institution's ethical review agency.


     Reviewer ethics

    1)  Review experts should actively avoid reviewing manuscripts that have competition, cooperation or other related conflicts of interest with authors, organizations, etc. and review the manuscripts in a timely manner and provide specific opinions. If the review cannot be completed on time, the editorial office should be notified in time.

    2)  The evaluation for the manuscript should be objective, scientific and accurate, and the review comments should not be expressed in rude, demeaning, or offensive language.

    3)  Respect the author's research results, keep the content of the manuscript confidential, and prohibit the illegal use of the research results in the reviewed manuscript.


    3  Editor ethics

    1)  Editors shall not interfere with peer review to ensure its independent and fairness and impartiality.

    2)  Editors should abide by the principle of confidentiality and keep the information of authors and reviewers confidential.

    3)  To respect the opinions of review experts. If the author has objections, the author is allowed to lodge an appeal.

    4)  As far as possible, to give the authors the feedback on detailed revisions and clearly to state the reason for rejection.

    5)  The editors keep confidential the research content of the unpublished manuscripts, and edit and process the manuscripts in accordance with several academic journal publishing specifications promulgated by the state.


    4  Publisher ethics

    1)  To publish the first manuscript of a research paper, reporting original research results.

    2)  To detect academic misconduct of manuscripts and put an end to academic misconduct such as forgery, plagiarism, tampering, plagiarism and repeated publication.

    3)  For manuscripts that have been finalized and accepted, if the following academic misconduct is found, the journal has the right to reject the manuscript and notify the author unit and related journals.

    a) Data fraud;

    b) Falsification of peer review;

    c) Plagiarism;

    d) Write on behalf of others.

    4)  For the published papers, if the academic misconducts mentioned above are found, this journal will deal with the withdrawal and publish a retraction statement.
