节能与新能源汽车传动技术的发展

Development of transmission technology for energy-saving vehicles and new energy resource vehicle

  • About author:Prof. XU Xiangyang A professor of School of Transportation Science and Engineering, Beihang University, the executive deputy director of National Engineering Research Center for Passenger Car Automatic Transmission. He has been engaged in research and education in vehicle transmission and control technology for many years. He led the R&D of world first front-across application 8-Speed Automatic Transmission (8AT), and awarded First Prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress in 2016. In addition,he awarded other 4 Provincial and Ministerial Awards. He also had 12 innovation patents, published nearly 100 papers and tutored more than 100 master and PhD students.

摘要:

       传动技术是汽车动力总成的核心技术,节能与新能源汽车的发展,对传动技术提出了新的挑战。该文结合节能与新能源汽车技术路线图,提出了传统内燃汽车、混合动力车(HEV) 和插电式混合动力汽车(PHEV)、纯电动汽车(EV) 对传动系统的要求;阐述中国了内地变速器产业发展现状,分析了不同类型自动变速器的特点,以及多挡化、宽速比、轻量化、高功率密度、高效率、持续优化的发展方向;介绍了混合动力和插电式混合动力构型方案类型和各自的特点,分析了典型构型方案的优缺点,以及混合动力和插电式混合动力控制技术研究发展情况;最后分类介绍了集中式电驱动和分布式电驱动技术的发展状况。

Abstract:

Transmission technology is the key of the vehicle powertrain. The development of energy-saving vehicle and new energy resource vehicles posed new challenges to the transmission technology. Based on energy-saving vehicle and new energy resource vehicle technology roadmap, the requirement of the traditional internal combustion vehicles, hybrid vehicle (HEV) and plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHEV), pure electric vehicle (EV) on the transmission system side were proposed, and the development of the transmission industry in Mainland China was also described. The characteristics of different types of automatic transmission was analyzed. The development direction of multi-shift, wide speed ratio, lighting weight, high power density, high efficiency and
continuous optimization was described. The types of HEV/PHEV configuration schemes and their respective characteristics were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of typical configuration schemes and the development of HEV/PHEV control technologies were analyzed. Finally, the development of centralized electric drive and distributed electric drive technology was introduced.
