摘要: 动力电池的寿命影响电动汽车整车的使用。该文参照美国能源部的燃料电池汽车协作计划 FreedomCAR 等,结合中国整车动力蓄电池典型工况,以金属氢化物镍动力蓄电池和锰酸锂体系的锂 离子动力电池为例,用常规循环和工况法结合来测试评价动力电池的循环特性,确定了电池循环寿命 衰减的拟合公式。结果表明:该镍氢动力电池容量衰减符合一次指数衰减变化规律,锰系锂离子动 力电池容量衰减遵循1/2 次方变化规律。利用该衰退模型可以预测电池的失效寿命,有助于后期建立 寿命加速预测方法。

Abstract: Cycle life of power battery has a direct effect on the use of electric vehicles. This paper investigates the life prediction methods by inducing cycle life degradation model of power battery based on nickel-metal hydride batteries and manganese-based lithium ion batteries. Batteries were tested with reference of the test method of FreedomCAR, the U.S. Department of Energy's fuel cell vehicles development programs, and combined with the conventional power battery operating condition of China. Life decay way was studied with the combination of normal cycle and bus cycle, with the fitting formula of battery cycle life attenuation being determined. The results show that the Ni-MH battery and Li-ion battery capacities fade with cycle number followed an exponential decay distribution and the 1/2 power change path respectively. The cycle life model and reliability evaluation method are helpful for battery life prediction and establishing an accelerated cycle life prediction model.
