轻型汽车实际行驶的排放试验

摘要:

       为了验证为在售车辆挑选的行驶路线能否满足新颁布的Ⅱ型实际道路排放测试(RDE) 试验的要求,同时考察在研发动机的工作区域和整车的实际排放,根据Ⅱ型RDE 试验的实施操作规则,对整车进行了实际路况行驶排放测试试验。结果表明:所选择的路线覆盖了市郊、市区、高速工况,能有效满足试验基本要求;驾驶员的驾驶方式也能满足法规要求;根据全球统一轻型汽车测试循环(WLTC) 工况计算得到的符合性因子(CF) 值目前大于法规要求值,因此排放法规需要考虑CF 值的设定;RDE 工况发动机工作区域显著大于WLTC 工况发动机工作区域,这将导致大幅增加标定优化工作。

Abstract:

Actual vehicle emission tests were carried out according to the Ⅱ type-approval test requirements of Real Driving Emssion (RDE) with an on-sell car to verify whether the selected driving routes can meet the RDE test requirements, while investigating the engine work areas. The results show that the selected route
can effectively meet the basic requirements of the test (urban-city-highway) with driving pattern satisfying the validation of driving dynamics characteristics. And the emission results from the real route show that Conformity Factor (CF) values, calculating from Worldwide harmonized Light Vehicles test Cycle (WLTC) results, are higher than those given by the regulation. Therefore, the emission regulations need to consider the CF value setting. The engine work area is significantly larger than that in WLTC, thus significantly increasing work of calibration optimization.
