后排座椅下潜对假人伤害的影响及其改进

Effect of rear-seat submarine on dummy injury
and it’s optimization

摘要: 为了研发某车型,按照中国新车评价规程(C-NCAP)试验评价体系,进行了台车碰撞试验,
模拟了50 km/h、正面100 %、刚性壁障的碰撞冲击。首轮试验发现:后排座椅坐垫变形量较大且下潜,
造成后排女性假人胸部和颈部位置的伤害较为严重,对应C-NCAP 总体得分仅为0.82 分。根据座椅
支架变形和假人伤害部位的分析,改进了座椅安装支架约束系统,以解决坐垫下潜问题。后续试验
表明:新方案减小了后排女性假人胸部和颈部伤害,对应C-NCAP 总体得分1.10 分。这为车身进一步
改进,提供了试验依据。

Abstract: Sled simulation crash tests were made for 100% front rigid barrier crash at 50 km/h according to
the China New Car Assessment Program (C-NCAP) to develop a type of particular car. The results in the first
test turn showed that larger deformation and submarining in the rear-seat fixed bracket led to more serious
injuries on the chest and neck of the rear female dummy with the corresponding C-NCAP test total score of
0.82. An improved program for the seat fixed bracket restraint system was then developed to overcome the seat
fixed bracket submarining. Tests showed that the improved program reduces the chest and neck injury of the
rear female dummy with the corresponding C-NCAP test total score of 1.10. Therefore, the results provide a
reference for car body optimization.
